General terms for use of the ZippyGo website. The final production wording must be reviewed and approved by the client and legal adviser.
Website information
The website describes ZippyGo's logistics, workforce, fleet, technology, ONDC and integration capabilities for general business information. Service availability, commercial terms, technical scope, timelines and SLAs are confirmed separately for each engagement.
No automatic service commitment
Submitting a form, viewing a service page or registering partner interest does not create a contract, guarantee deployment or confirm serviceability. A binding engagement requires separately agreed commercial and contractual terms.
Accuracy of business information
ZippyGo may update service descriptions, locations, technology features, metrics and contact information. Verified production data should replace project-stage placeholders or draft assumptions before launch.
Intellectual property
ZippyGo branding, website design, original copy and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to disrupt the website, submit malicious content, probe security controls, misuse forms, impersonate others or use the website for unlawful activity.
Third-party networks and integrations
References to ONDC, external platforms or integrations describe connectivity or participation as applicable and should not be interpreted as an endorsement unless explicitly stated by the relevant third party.
